This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on TravelyDeal (travelydeal.com), operated by André Luís dos Santos Carneiro Terra (NIF 334521440), in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Portuguese law.
This policy covers TravelyDeal subscription plans (Starter, Pro). It does not cover flight tickets or bookings made through third-party providers linked from our platform — those are governed by the respective airline or booking platform's own policies.
As a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of the date on which the contract was concluded (i.e., the date of your initial subscription purchase).
During this period, you may request a full refund without providing any reason.
If you explicitly request that we begin providing the service before the 14-day withdrawal period expires (e.g., by immediately accessing your account features after purchase), you acknowledge that you may lose your right to withdraw once the service has been fully performed. In practice, because TravelyDeal is a continuous subscription service (not a one-time delivery), we do not consider the service "fully performed" within 14 days — your cooling-off right remains intact for the full 14-day window from initial purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card via Stripe). We do not issue refunds via alternative methods (bank transfer, cash, store credit) unless required by applicable law.

TravelyDeal is an alert and discovery service — we do not sell airline tickets. If you have booked a flight through a third-party provider linked from TravelyDeal, any refund or cancellation for that booking must be handled directly with the airline or booking platform according to their own policies. We have no ability to process refunds for third-party bookings.
